A financial services company made the decision to make a significant investment in infrastructure. The project included a complete office refurbishment, including new flooring, partitions, lighting and kitchen facilities. Due to budget restrictions they couldn’t get to their preferred package.
After being referred to WestWon through one of our authorised furniture and fit-out partners, we were able to enhance their budget from £25,000.00 to £35,000.00.
£25,000.00 went through a lease and the remaining £10,000.00 was paid from the current budget.
Using leasing enabled our client to obtain the solution they wanted at an affordable level by spreading the capital cost of the project – utilising all the tax benefits along the way.
